Villa Charmant is located in the territory of Cornino, a lovely tourist town that rises at the foot of Mount Cofano that overtops one of the most beautiful Sicilian coasts with its majesty.
Cornino, hamlet of Custonaci, is particularly renowned for the quarries of prestigious marble “Il perlato di Sicilia” ( Pearly Marble).
It is the perfect place for people can’t choose between sea and mountain. Here you could in fact steep into the clear and crystalline waters or into the green and beautiful landscapes Mount Cofano Natural Reserve.
Villa Charmant is few steps away from the beach. It is accessed from a sheltered veranda equipped with comfortable garden furniture that gives the guest the possibility to have a meal outside or just to drink something or read a book.
The living room with a kitchen corner, is a spacious and bright room that allows you to stay in total relax. Near this room there is a closet and a bathroom with hydro massage shower.
In the lower floor there is the sleeping area made up of three bedrooms, two double and one twin. There is also a further bathroom with tub, characterised by the typical marble that makes the room really elegant.
Everything is made with attention to the smallest details, making the house cosy and sophisticated.
Villa Charmant is embellished by an enchanting 12 mt. swimming pool that will offer you moments of refreshment, relax and fun.
The solarium ,equipped with lawn chairs and umbrella, enjoys a beautiful view on Mount Cofano.
In a corner of the garden there is a BBQ. You may organize amusing barbecues, enjoying the fresh sea breeze that reaches the house during the evening time.
The position of the house allows you to visit several places of tourist, archaeological and historical interest such as : San Vito, famous for its golden beaches and crystal waters, Segesta with its Greek temple and amphitheatre, Erice with its Castle and the ancient village of Scopello in Castellammare del Golfo.
