There are three televisions (two with cable) We have an extensive movie collection (350 titles!) which we happily share with guests. There is no charge for local and domestic long distance phone calls. |

We require a four-night minimum stay. Our home is pet free. Smoking is not allowed.
We charge a $75.00 cleaning fee and 12% State & County tax on the rental amount.
To book a stay, guests are asked to sign a rental agreement form and pay a $200 deposit. The balance is due one month prior to arrival. |
